The condo features a refreshing ambiance with an open, relaxing vibe. The layout consists of 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bathroom. Guests can step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a charming Makati skyline view, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening unwind.

Inside, the unit is cozy and well-maintained, equipped with essentials to support both short and long stays. The space includes a cozy bed for restful sleep and a sleek bathroom featuring a hot and cold shower. For entertainment and connectivity, there are Smart TVs located in both the living area and the bedroom, along with fast Wi-Fi. The mini kitchen is prepared for light cooking and includes a refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer, with complimentary mineral water provided to keep you refreshed.

While the unit provides a private haven, guests may also utilize building facilities subject to specific policies:

• Swimming Pool: Available Monday to Wednesday only (₱200 per person per day) on the ground floor.
• Gym: Available Monday to Friday for visitors (₱100 per person per day) located on the Skydeck.
• Additional building access: Lounge areas and garden.

The property is situated near several iconic local attractions, including the Ayala Triangle Gardens, Ayala Museum, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, Manila Ocean Park, and Washington Sycip Park.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 1:00 PM
• Parking: Available for a fee of 500PHP per night.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Shoes: Please remove shoes upon entry; a slipper rack is provided.
• Energy: Turn off the air conditioner when not in use or when leaving the unit.
• Waste: Garbage must be disposed of only in the designated area on the 3rd floor near the elevator to avoid building penalties.
• Maintenance: Please treat all furniture and appliances with care; damages or stains will be charged accordingly.
