Escape to Coventry Oasis, a peaceful lakefront retreat in the Highland Lakes of Spicewood, Texas, designed for relaxed lake days and family-friendly getaways. This inviting home puts you right on the water, making it the perfect spot for sunrise coffee and unwinding in the heart of the Hill Country.

The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king bed, a smart TV, and sliders that open directly to the outdoors, complemented by an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and its own ensuite with a tub/shower combo, while the third bedroom is ideal for groups or children, featuring three bunk beds and a private ensuite with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, the property includes a convenient half bathroom.

Designed for both entertainment and relaxation, the interior features easy-flow living and dining areas with soft carpet underfoot. Guests can enjoy a dedicated game room equipped with a full ping pong table for easy fun, as well as a laptop-friendly workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, supported by an indoor dining area perfect for group game nights.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You can grill dinner on the BBQ grill and gather around the outdoor fire pit for alfresco evenings. Guests also have access to a communal outdoor pool, subject to seasonal and HOA availability.

Located in the scenic Texas Hill Country, Coventry Oasis is close to public boat ramps, local hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. The area is known for its seasonal wildflowers, scenic drives, and convenient proximity to local cafes, groceries, and casual dining.

Practical details include parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). Please be aware that stairs are required to access parts of the home. While the property is lakefront, please note that due to extreme low water levels, the water is currently not accessible from the property dock.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 dogs; please note there is an additional pet fee of $75 per pet, payable via the Customer Care Team after booking.
