Access cards must be returned in good condition, as lost cards incur a replacement fee of AED 500. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for specialized cleaning and odor removal.

Additional Notes: This property provides a one-time professional cleaning before check-in. Additional cleaning services, baby cots, or high chairs are available for an extra charge (AED 100 for cots/high chairs).
