This inviting escape is designed for comfort and relaxation. The casita features 1 bedroom with a king-size bed on a luxury mattress and 1 bathroom with a standing shower. For additional guests, the living room includes a trundle bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that those using the trundle bed will need to pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

Inside, you will find a kitchen stocked with basic necessities and a dedicated coffee bar featuring organic coffee beans, a french press, and a drip coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people, while the living room is outfitted with a TV and Roku entertainment system for your favorite streaming services.

Step outside to experience gorgeous views of the countryside. The property offers a serene outdoor living space featuring a fire pit and a hot tub located on the covered back patio, providing the perfect place to unwind. Guests have exclusive access to the casita's hot tub and fire pit; please note that the property's swimming pool and the main house's fire pit are reserved for guests of the main house.

You are just a few minutes' drive from local favorites like The Salt Lick BBQ, Vista Brewing, Duchman Family Winery, and Sonder Coffee Lounge. • Important Notes: The home utilizes a rain water cistern and a septic system; please be mindful of water usage and only flush toilet paper. The property is located at the end of a long dirt road which can become muddy during rain. Be aware that the Texas Hill Country is home to critters of all kinds.
