Respect the common areas: do not shout in the hallways, do not obstruct the passage (suitcases) and do not smoke in the building. Never leave the keys on the lock inside the apartment.
In the event of a complaint from the caretaker or neighbors, Studio Prestige reserves the right to exclude the tenant without notice.
The apartment must be returned in good condition. Any broken items must be reported (we do not charge for equipment failures but we want to be informed).
