Sleeping arrangements include two doubles and a primary bedroom with a queen bed, while a pull-out couch in the living room provides extra space. For added privacy, a detached bunky sleeps two more guests in a queen bed, making it a wonderful option for grandparents or teens. The interior boasts a modern, newly renovated four-piece bathroom and a compact, well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and air fryer. Relax in the dining area or gather around the custom cribbage coffee table for cozy game nights.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. A spacious semi-wraparound deck with two seating areas and a screened gazebo allows you to enjoy the fresh air bug-free. Beyond the deck, a large fire pit with Adirondack chairs awaits for roasting marshmallows and stargazing. The property offers 100 feet of waterfront with a small sandy beach and a gentle entry, ideal for children and pets. Two large docks provide a base for water activities, and a jet ski ramp is available for guest use.

Located between Madoc and Bancroft, the cottage is minutes away from the McGeachie Conservation Area's hiking and biking trails. A short 30-minute drive takes you to downtown Bancroft for the Bancroft Playhouse, Riverside Park, and the unique CN Rock Pile mineral collection site.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: A maximum of two dogs are welcome (must be leashed/tethered per bylaws); no other pets permitted
• Parking: Space for up to 6 vehicles; not suitable for electric vehicles
• House Rules: Garbage and recycling removal is required prior to departure. Please complete the pre-departure cleaning checklist to avoid additional fees.
• Note: Lake water is filtered and suitable for bathing and cooking, but not for drinking or teeth-cleaning. The owner's pontoon boat is not included in rentals.
