Parking and Entry – Guests have off street parking available at the home either by parking in the garage or driveway.

Before your arrival you should have received a message with your unique code and access instructions. Enter your unique code and then press the Lockstate button to unlock the door. When leaving simply press the Lockstate button to lock the door behind you. Please verify door is locked before leaving. Note: your unique code will become inoperable after your day of departure.

HDTV and Wireless High Speed Internet provided (information is documented in the home).

Limit of 8 overnight guests unless arranged in advance.

This home is not to be used for large gatherings and/or parties. Excessive noise and/or complaints because of larger gatherings will be dealt with immediately and may include up to eviction of the property with no refund.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

The house is a non-smoking property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will be a full forfeiture of your damage deposit. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

No drugs are allowed on the property. If you like to drink, please be responsible and drink in moderation. Cleaning up drunken messes is not the best of fun.

No large gatherings and/or parties are allowed at this property out of respect of the neighbors and others at this community.

Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as recreational tables, patios, etc. may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest acknowledges this and accepts the property under these conditions.

Well mannered pets are welcome here (for a small fee as stated in the listing), but you MUST have a crate to leave them in while you are out. Sometimes even the most well-behaved pets get anxious in a new room, so to protect our home, they need to be in a crate if you are not there to chaperon them.

Mail: Please verify with us before you have any mail delivered to the property as mailboxes may not be set up allowing for delivery.

This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $300, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
