Pets Policy Pets are strictly not allowed. Any unauthorized pet will result in an automatic penalty fee of $300 per pet. If you have a service animal, you must contact us prior to booking for approval.
Registered Guests Only Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed inside the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted. The maximum occupancy must be respected at all times for safety and insurance purposes.
No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees.
Respect for Neighbors & Noise This is not a hotel. The building includes other residents. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or complaints may result in penalties or termination of the stay.
Check-in Process The apartment is set up for self check-in. There is no front desk or on-site staff. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.
To receive your access instructions (codes, lockbox, etc.), you must complete the pre check-in process prior to arrival. This includes ID verification, agreement to the rental contract, and security deposit (if applicable).
Access instructions will be sent to you by email and/or text message a few days before your arrival once everything is completed.
If you plan to arrive outside of office hours, please make sure you have all necessary information in advance.
Check-out Information Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in additional fees. Please contact us the day before your departure to check availability and receive instructions.
Parking The building does not have a private parking lot. Street parking is available nearby, but you must carefully follow all city signage, including time restrictions, permit zones, and cleaning or snow removal schedules. We are not responsible for any tickets or towing.
