The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility across two bedrooms and the main living area. The upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the downstairs bedroom provides a full-size bed. Additionally, there is a trundle day bed (consisting of two twin beds) located in the front foyer, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate 6 guests across 4 beds and 3 bathrooms.
Inside, you will find a comfy living room at the back of the house that opens directly onto a cute, wonderfully peaceful and relaxing backyard. This outdoor space is perfect for winding down and includes a portable fire pit for great bonfires and s'mores. At the front of the home, a lovely and charming front porch provides a serene spot for reading, relaxing, chatting, and people watching.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in may be available on the day of arrival if the property is ready; please coordinate with the local manager).
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs are strictly prohibited to maintain a structured cleaning schedule).
- Pets: Strictly prohibited.
- Air Conditioning: The property does not have air conditioning and may get warm during summer months.
- Restricted Areas: The garage, the loft area in the living room, and specific owner storage closets/cabinets are not available for guest use.
- Facility Notes: The living room fireplace is not for guest use. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom can be used as a regular tub, but the jets are non-functional.

PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited at the property. • Limit guests to no more than 10 daytime guests per city ordinance • No Fireworks allowed on the property (see fireworks ordinance in Emergency Manual) • No smoking indoors (dispose properly of any related trash) • No Dogs or other pets allowed on the property unless previously approved by owners • Noise shall be kept to a reasonable level and observed quiet hours after 11PM until 7AM within Village Limits and the Public Beach Area (see copy of noise ordinance in Emergency Manual) • Areas off limits to renters: owners storage closet, owners kitchen cabinet and the barn. o These all have locks on them and are not for the usage of renters. o Gas fireplace has been turned off and is not to be used / jacuzzi jets are also off and not to be used
• Please use only outdoor furniture outside and do not bring indoor furniture outdoors o Please do not move furniture (except where necessary to access additional beds) • Please make sure to lock doors when you leave the house • Fires only permitted outdoors in the chiminea (moose fireplace) – please do not move • House is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms; two fire extinguishers available (one on each floor) • This is an old home and a wonderful place to relax; please treat it with respect and leave in the same condition as you found it. We appreciate your help in keeping it in great shape! • Kitchen loft is accessible. Refrigerator: Please empty any items you may have brought in fridge and freezer Lights: please turn off all lights Thermostat: please set to 55 degrees if it’s been changed (be careful not to turn it all the way off!) Doors: please make sure all doors are locked. Your code will expire for the front door promptly at check-out time.
