Discover the perfect home base for your Florida getaway at this bright and comfortable townhome located in the tranquil, family-friendly Lucaya Village Resort. Situated just 7 miles from Walt Disney World, this affordable retreat is designed specifically for family time, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure at the parks.

The townhome is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests with a thoughtful layout across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master suite featuring a king bed and a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and shared bathroom, and a third bedroom equipped with two full beds and a shared bathroom.

While general amenities are provided through the gated resort, the home itself is equipped for a seamless stay. The full kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and necessary cookware. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fresh linens. Guests are provided with one bath towel per person and a welcome kit of starter supplies, including soap, paper goods, trash bags, laundry detergent, and a dishwasher pod. For families traveling with little ones, Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available upon request before check-in.

As a guest of Lucaya Village Resort, you have full access to a suite of wonderful community features. Spend your afternoons at the resort-style pool and hot tub, stay active in the fitness center, or enjoy the clubhouse, internet café, and playground. Free parking is available on-site.

Located just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, the property is centrally positioned for exploring Orlando's best attractions. You are only 5 minutes from Walmart, approximately 14 minutes from the Premium Outlets, 17 minutes from Disney, and 23 minutes from Universal. The Orlando International Airport is about 25 minutes away. A car is highly recommended for navigating the area, though rideshares are widely available.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following requirements: Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and must provide a matching ID upon request. A complete guest list with first and last names must be submitted by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure resort access. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

House rules strictly prohibit pets, indoor smoking, and parties. Please be aware that the resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries, and USPS does not deliver to this address.
