A pre-check-in process via the Guest App, including a signed rental agreement and identity verification, is required immediately after booking.

Please let us know in advance if you’d like to include any of these services so we can make arrangements and update your reservation accordingly. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in penalties and additional cleaning fees. 👥 Occupancy Limits & Events: The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times. Parties or events that exceed the allowed guest count or disturb the peace are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and fines. 🔐 Identity Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit a verification form, including a government-issued ID and a selfie. These steps must be completed immediately after booking. Failure to fulfill all requirements will result in denial of access to the property and no refund.
