The estate features 5 bedrooms, 12 beds, and 5 bathrooms, providing ample space for 16 or more guests. Sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate relaxation with high-end linens and plush bedding across the following rooms:
- Primary Suite: King bed, full-size daybed, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and sauna
- Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds with Jack-and-Jill bathroom access
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed and cozy seating area
- Bedroom 4: King bed and private ensuite with a newly remodeled bathroom
- Bonus Room: Two full-size beds
- Second Floor Family Room: Four twin rollaway beds

*SMOKING - in not permitted inside the home, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will automatically be assessed if smoking occurs.
*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 25, additional guests beyond 25 may be considered however does require prior approval. This is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $125 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home does not have a fenced space but does have plenty of room for your pet to run! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in, unless booked via Airbnb.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
