The second floor offers a queen bedroom and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle, sharing two full bathrooms. For added privacy, the separate Guest House provides a secluded sanctuary with two king beds, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private entrance.

Designed for entertainment, the home boasts a bright, unique layout. The downstairs living area is highlighted by wide-open windows with lake views and a Polk speaker system, while the upstairs living space serves as a game hub with a shuffleboard table, foosball table, and a bar area. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring granite countertops, dual ovens, a Bosch built-in coffee maker, and a 12-seat dining table.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the lakefront amenities, including a wet slip, jet ski ramps, and three kayaks. Practical details include check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. One dog is permitted with written permission and a non-refundable fee of $175.39; aggressive breeds and puppies under one year are not allowed. Please note that the primary booker must be at least 25 years old. Property insurance covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage is required for each booking. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
