The first floor is home to a private guest bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a large covered patio perfect for reading and dining. The second floor serves as the social hub, boasting an open-concept living room with a fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake and marina. This level also includes a well-appointed kitchen with a double oven, a dining area that seats eight, and a covered balcony with loungers for al fresco dining. The third floor hosts the primary suite, featuring a king Tempurpedic bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, as well as a second guest room with a queen bed and twin bunk beds.

For those looking to embrace the water, the property is situated in a quiet, no-wake cove on constant-level Lake LBJ, making it a great spot for kayaking, fishing, or floating. Guests have access to a boat slip for overnight mooring of boats or PWCs. To ensure a fun-filled stay, the owners provide a variety of lake toys, including a giant lily pad, floaties, life jackets, an adult SUP, and kayaks for both adults and children.

Located just steps away from the resort hotel and adjacent to the marina, the home offers spectacular boat watching and convenient walkability. Please note that this unit is not affiliated with the Horseshoe Bay Resort and Marina; therefore, resort access is not provided.
