Important Guest Information: All guests must present government-issued photo identification and valid credit card matching their ID for verification purposes. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50 applies per stay. Unlisted guests over 2 years old incur a $50 per person, per night fee. Standard check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in before 11 AM incurs a 50% nightly rate fee when available. Late check-out fees range from 50% to 100% of the nightly rate depending on timing, with a minimum $100 charge. Strict no-smoking policy enforced with a $350 violation fee for any smoking including cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana. Local guests within 50km radius require approval. Prepaid cards and cash payments are not accepted. Wi-Fi service interruptions may occasionally occur due to provider issues, for which the host assumes no liability.
