The farm setting provides a unique experience with various animals including donkeys, alpacas, chickens, emu, goats, and pigs. Please note that farm animals naturally create sounds and odors, though management works diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Lake Pleasant, guests can enhance their stay through OUTr RIM Adventure Rentals, offering inflatable paddle boards, beach chairs, mountain bikes, and additional outdoor equipment available on-demand.

Important Guest Information: Parking is located at the property's front with private coded gate entry. The studio is approximately 150 feet from parking via paved and concrete pathways. For safety of both guests and livestock, this is a strict no-pet property and completely smoke-free environment. Early check-in requests are accommodated when possible, with earliest availability at 1pm. Events, gatherings, and weddings cannot be hosted to maintain peaceful tranquility for all guests.
