The downstairs level hosts a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom featuring a bunk bed (twin over full) plus a trundle bed; these two rooms share a full-size bathroom. The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Inside, the main living area is created for togetherness, complemented by a dining area for shared meals or game nights. The full kitchen includes a breakfast nook and is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. For added convenience, the home provides a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock, a dedicated workspace, and a free washer and dryer.

• Damage Protection: Required for all stays. 1-night stays require a $250 refundable deposit. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between a $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
• Late Check-out: Strictly enforced to accommodate housekeeping; late departures may incur a fee of up to $300.
• Supplies: This is a self-catering home. Initial starter supplies (toiletries, laundry pods, and kitchen basics) are provided but not refilled during the stay.
