- Mandatory Documentation: Per Dubai Department of Tourism requirements, clear passport copies for all guests are required. Access cannot be granted without these documents. If booking for friends, a passport copy of the account holder is also required.
- Age Requirement: All guests booking the apartment must be 21 years of age or older.
- Cleaning Policy: Standard cleaning is performed after check-out. Additional cleaning or linen changes can be requested via the administrator for a fee of 250 AED, with 1-2 days' advance notice required.
- Noise Notice: Please note there is currently renovation work in a neighboring apartment and construction near the building, which may cause moderate noise. Additionally, air conditioning sounds may be noticeable in certain areas.
- Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Bringing belongings into the apartment before check-in or storing items at reception is prohibited. Third-party cleaning or maintenance services are strictly forbidden.
