The layout is designed for tranquility and privacy. The suite is located in a one-story addition to the main house, ensuring a very quiet atmosphere with no neighbors overhead or in adjacent units. The sleeping arrangements feature 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, a dedicated night table, and a lamp. This compact bedroom is kept light and appealing by windows on two different walls and is completed by a dresser, closet, and full-length mirror. The suite also includes 1 bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, sink, and mirrored medicine cabinet. The living area serves as a versatile space, furnished with a futon sofa, coffee table, and a desk with a lamp and chair, all while offering views of the garden through west and south-facing windows.

While the suite is private, guests have access to a variety of shared community features and events at the Center for Human Science. For your practical needs, you can utilize the fully-equipped kitchen shared with other house guests, as well as a computer station with a printer. For those needing laundry facilities, a washer and dryer are available in the building.

The property extends across a sprawling 2-acre campus, providing an inviting environment for relaxation. You can enjoy the covered porches with rocking chairs and a swinging bench, or head to the shaded back deck with ample seating. The outdoor grounds are a highlight, featuring a shaded grove with a grill, tables, and hammocks, as well as wooden picnic tables, park benches, and a basketball hoop. For a touch of whimsy, the campus includes an awesome two-person swing and a bronze elephant suitable for riding.
