The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a Smart TV with streaming services for cozy evenings indoors.

For those who enjoy cooking while traveling, the home offers a full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker and bar seating at the countertop, providing a simple spot to dine or work. The renovated bathroom is both functional and comfortable, and for added convenience during longer stays, a washer and dryer are located right in the unit.

Damage protection is required for all reservations. For one-night stays, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For stays of two nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Please note that this is a self-catering home; initial supplies are provided, but refills are not conducted during the stay. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
