📜 MAIN HOUSE RULES: 🏠 ✹1) Mandatory check-in requirements: one week before arrival, you will receive an email from our system called “Check-in”. You must use this link to upload the guest ID and provide a credit card as guarantee. The electronic door lock is connected with the check-in system. It will only create your door codes once the check-in is validated. Please do this step at least 24 hours before your arrival, to avoid any last-minute disruption. ✹2) Please note that we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Guests are advised to carefully review our cancellation policy before booking. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to make exceptions. ✹3) For any stay longer than 1 week, there is a mandatory cleaning to be done, that will be charged additionally through Resolution Center.
✹4) Parties: sorry, no parties nor events are not allowed (at any time of the day). ✹5) Smoking is not permitted inside the property, only on the balcony ✹6) For everyone’s comfort, please keep noise under 75 dB during the day and 70 dB at night (22:00–08:00). A noise monitor helps us ensure a peaceful stay. After 3 reminders, a €200 penalty may apply. ✹7) The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 65 eur fee/ night. ✹8) Number of guests: We have strict rules about the number of guests due to our insurance policy. Maximum 8 people (including infants) can be accommodated. ✹9) Visitors are not allowed. ✹10) Pets: we love furry friends, but unfortunately pets are not allowed at any time on the property ✹11) Please let us know in advance if you’d like to extend your time with us, we offer early check-in / late check-out options for a small additional fee. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged the equivalent of one extra night stay. ✹12) There are no additional towels, linens, blankets, mattresses in the apartment, other than what is mentioned in the listing description. If you need anything extra, let us know and we’ll inform you of their availability and any extra cost. ✹13) Please don’t use the bathroom towels at the beach or on the grass. Please don’t wash the white towels with other colour items. Any damaged towels will be charged at the replacement cost: €30 (large towel) and €15 (small towel). ✹14) No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property ✹15) Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away. ✹16) Forgotten Items: any forgotten objects will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or if we should dispose of them. As we have limited personnel, we don't guarantee the possibility of shipping back your belongings. 📜 A 200eur penalty will be charge for breaking each one of the house rules listed above.

Check-out time is 10am. If you wish to extend your check-out time, please contact us at least the day before. The cleaning team is scheduled to arrive at 10am. They will wait 10 min, afterwards you will be charged a full hour at 25eur/hour. Our property is inspected by our professional cleaning team. Missing/ broken items will be charged back to you, using the credit card you provided at check-in.
