Absolutely no noise or parties of any kind after 10 pm. 3. Keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up after. 4. Any damage must be reported and compensated. 5. Do not park on the septic and treat septic instructions seriously. 6. Acts of God: absolutely no refund or discount will be offered for power outages, storms or any act out of control of the Owners. 7. Take care of your garbage according to the house instructions before leaving. 8. No smoking or vaping on the property. 9. Good vibes only. Our property management team works hard to ensure you have a good stay. Please treat them with respect at all times. Booking Commitment: Please review the property details, location, and total cost before booking. We honour the cancellation policy as stated at the time of booking only. Cancellations for reasons unrelated to the property—such as cost, change of plans, or travel issues—will not be refunded outside of this policy. Please note that there is a pet fee of $75 at this property. Winter Firepit Use:
Outdoor firepits have limited access during the winter months due to snow conditions. A shovel is provided for your convenience should you wish to use the firepit and need to clear a safe area around it.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the area is properly cleared and safe prior to use.

Please clean up any dirty dishes and put them away. Leave used beds unmade. Please wash all dishes before you leave. Turn off stove, lights and turn down thermostat. Please turn the propane off for the BBQ with the valve. Leave used towels in the tub or shower. Make sure you close and lock any windows and doors. Place garbage and recycling in the designated area.
