The sleeping arrangements are designed for versatility: a Gulf-view king suite with private balcony access and a luxe ensuite, a second king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, and a custom bunk room featuring a twin-over-queen setup that is perfect for children or mixed groups. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring a primary ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and custom finishes, along with a guest bathroom featuring stone counters and a tub/shower combination.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home's interior is professionally designed with upscale coastal style and finishes. • Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on property.
• No pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited inside the property, on the balcony, or in outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced for all ages.
• Guests receive 5 wristbands (replacements are $25 each).
• Please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher before departure.

Important Notice: The Sterling Shores HOA will be replacing the roof from May 1 through August 2026, which may cause intermittent noise and dust. Additionally, the beach pool will be closed for tile repairs from September 22 to September 28, 2026, though the main lagoon pool and beach access remain open.
