About Property

Discover the ultimate peaceful retreat at The River Haus, a newly remodeled family home situated directly on the Guadalupe River in Canyon Lake, Texas. Whether you are traveling as a couple, a group, or with family, this spacious riverfront property offers a serene escape defined by stunning views of the water and the breathtaking Texas Hill Country from a large balcony.

The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with king beds—featuring two main suites with attached bathrooms—and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Inside, an open floor plan and large windows allow natural light to flood the living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can relax in the spacious living room with a large sectional couch or gather in the dining area to make lasting memories.

While this property's amenities list is streamlined, the home is designed for outdoor enjoyment. Guests can take a dip in the 20ft long, 4ft deep container pool or unwind in the balcony hot tub while stargazing. For those seeking adventure, the property provides kayaks for peaceful rides and is a haven for fishing enthusiasts chasing bass and trout. Access to the water's edge is provided via a series of 122 charming stairs. Please be aware that the pool deck does not have a complete railing, with a drop of approximately 5ft, and river swimming conditions vary based on water flow.

Located in a secluded area, The River Haus provides a true getaway from the hustle and bustle. It is conveniently positioned near Canyon Lake, Gruene, and New Braunfels, with the latter about 40 minutes away. Blanco and Bulverde are both approximately 20 minutes from the property. For supplies, a Dollar General is about 14 minutes away, while larger stores like H-E-B and Walmart are roughly 25 minutes away.
