Our generous layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2.0 bathrooms, designed specifically for group travelers seeking either short or long-term stays. The welcoming living room is equipped with a large comfortable couch, an immersive 55-inch Ambilight TV, and an AC unit that covers the entire area.

For sleeping arrangements, the first bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed with luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen, a 50-inch TV, storage dressing, and a private fan unit. The second bedroom provides a comfortable double size bed, also featuring luxurious Egyptian cotton linen, a 50-inch TV, a storage unit, a private AC unit, and a private desk for those needing to get work done.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, electric hot stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom facilities consist of a large bathroom with a bathtub for a comfortable experience and a smaller second bathroom; both are stocked with a full range of toiletries and a blow dryer. Additionally, a washing machine and drying machine are available for guest use.

Located on Calea Victoriei near Piata Romana, you are within a 5-minute radius of over 100 restaurants, clubs, pubs, and various shops. The area is highly accessible via bus, taxi, and bike rentals, and is just a short stroll from the beautiful open spaces of Cismigiu Park, as well as local museums.

• Guests must complete a Check-In Form with a photo ID prior to arrival as required by law.
• All windows, lights, ACs, and electrical appliances must be turned off on departure, and furniture returned to its original position.
• Access is strictly limited to registered guests; unauthorized high-traffic activity will result in charges at the full occupancy rate or immediate cancellation.
