The sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms that offer direct access to the front deck and a third bedroom featuring two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The bathroom is equipped with a lovely hot shower and a tub, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
At the heart of the home is a full, spacious kitchen and an open-plan lounge and dining area. This living space extends seamlessly to a sprawling, wrap-around deck complete with outdoor dining furniture and an entertainment area, allowing you to take full advantage of the lavish ocean views. For added relaxation, a rustic track leads guests through the property's own native bush to the road, with the beach just 100 metres further away.

Parking is on either saide of the dive- thoroughfae to be kept clear at all times for neighbour access, thank you!
Beautiful views often means high winds. The cantiliever umbrella is great at providing shade but needs to be brought back to closed position in high winds to avoid being damaged o causing damage, thank you!
Linen hire is included with your booking and beds will be made up on your arrival, based on the number of people booked. Bath towels, Bath mats, Hand Towels, face cloths and tea towels are also provided for you. Please let us know in advance if specific bed configurations are required for your group.
Water is a precious resource in Northland especially in summer. Please use conservatively. No boat or car washing available at the property at all times sorry. If you run out of water during your stay, there may be delays in delivering additional water to the property. If it is found that excessive water use has led to the purchase or delivery of additional water, additional service fees may apply.
Due to the remote nature of the property, the cleaners are not always able to sort rubbish removal, so we ask all guests to arrange for rubbish and recycling removal. Instructions on where to put rubbish and recycling is in the "Good To Know" section of the Guest app.
Once the property has been inspected and we were happy with how it was found then any bond held will be refunded after your departure date. If anything needs to be deducted from your bond we will let you know accordingly.

Check you have washed and put away and dishes. And the bbq if used should be cleaned, including the drip tray and left as you found it.
