• Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors (violators will be charged a $300 fee). Smoking is permitted outdoors only if windows and doors are tightly closed.
• Noise: No loud music or excessive noise to comply with city regulations; violations may result in cancellation without refund.
• Requirements: Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and agree to rental conditions. Lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge.
