About Property

Discover a one of a kind vintage vibe in Clearwater, Florida, where we aim to preserve old Florida and offer a unique experience in a retro themed motel from the '50s and '60s. If you are looking for a chill, relaxing and modest vacation place rather than a luxury hotel, you are in the right spot!

This authentic space is designed for those who appreciate the charm of the past. Depending on the unit, you may find original colorful subway tiles, neon signs, or classic terrazzo floors. We prioritize repairs over replacements to keep our properties original and authentic, ensuring you stay in the exact space as pictured.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements: This property features 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 5 guests.

Key Features & Amenities:

Multiple outdoor areas for guests to enjoy

Location & Neighborhood: Enjoy the perfect coastal location with the beach just a 3-minute walk away. Local restaurants, bars, and shops are all within a 10-minute walking distance, and the nearby Publix grocery store is just a five-minute drive, making it easy to stock up for your stay.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the quality of our home, we have a zero-tolerance policy for rule violations. Please note the following:

Guests must be 21 or older to book
No smoking inside the Airbnb
No pets allowed
No parties or events
Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM

Important Considerations: We are currently completing final renovations to recover from recent hurricanes. While work is limited, guests may experience some construction noise during daytime hours. Additionally, our properties are located in a tropical environment where nature—including lizards, mosquitoes, and ants—is common. While we use professional pest control, we recommend keeping all food concealed and closed.

Please note that there is no front desk or common indoor area. We prefer all communication via the messaging system, though emergency phone numbers are provided upon confirmation. Thank you for choosing Staycation for your modest and memorable Florida getaway!
