While the apartment offers private relaxation, you also have access to the entire SkyLoft property. The communal courtyard is a hub of entertainment and relaxation, featuring:

• Fire pit and gas grill
• Outdoor dining and a chill area with a couch
• Corn-hole, foosball, and shuffleboard
• Pool table

Inside the apartment, you will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with brand new appliances and smart TVs throughout the space. For your convenience, a starter supply of essentials is provided, including coffee, toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, firewood, and propane for the grill.

• Pets: Dogs only; $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Pets must be crated when unattended and are strictly prohibited on furniture. Advance notice is required.
• Important: Use a 4WD vehicle with high ground clearance for safe travel, as mountain road conditions can change rapidly. No refunds are issued for inability to reach the property due to road conditions.
• Conservation: Please follow the water conservation policy and maintain wildlife safety by securing all food and garbage to avoid attracting bears.
