Welcome to a little slice of heaven at The Eyrie, a luxuriously modern, newly built four-season home perched above Lac Saint-Pierre in Val-des-Monts, Quebec. Designed for serenity and privacy, this residence features massive floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping sunset views of the lake and the rolling alpine landscape, all while being surrounded by woods for incredible solitude.

This spacious retreat is designed to accommodate 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a total of 7 beds. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the entrance level hosts a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room (single over double). The basement level provides a queen bed and an additional bunk (single over double). Please note that the top bunks are not suitable for adults.

Inside, the upgraded executive kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a built-in wine fridge attached to the island. For entertainment, the basement is a gaming paradise featuring a retro Pac-Man arcade machine, a pool table, a foosball table, a large TV, and a unique Coors Light chair with a built-in cooler. Guests can cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or head outside to the large firepit and all-weather covered hot tub.
