Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This functional 400sqft home features 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The tranquil bedroom is adorned with a Queen-sized bed, and for additional guests, the living area offers a Queen sofa bed. To accommodate families with young children, a twin bunk bed is available over the queen bed in the bedroom (bunk use is restricted to children only). The home is designed for a maximum of 2 adults.

Location & Neighborhood Located right at the base of Creekside, you are just a short 2-3 minute walk to the new Creekside Gondola and the Big Red Chair. The area is quieter than Whistler Village, making it ideal for families. You are steps away from essential grocery stores, coffee joints, and amazing restaurants. Nature enthusiasts can easily access the Valley Trail to explore Nita Lake and Alpha Lake Park, or visit Wayside Park to rent kayaks and paddle boards during the summer months.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note this property is located up four flights of outdoor stairs with no elevator access. This is a strictly NO PETS and NON-SMOKING accommodation due to severe family allergies. The upstairs loft is for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. Guests are required to remove all garbage and recycling upon departure to avoid a $50 charge. For stays of 14 days or more, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged. Additional cleaning fees apply for stays longer than 10 days. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at the nearby Creekside Market.
