This level also includes two full bathrooms with shower bases and a main living room that opens onto a balcony with stunning views over the Douro River.

Descending to the lower floor, you will find a dedicated dining and game room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. This level includes a third full bathroom, which conveniently serves as support for those spending the day by the pool, and provides direct access to the large terrace. For additional flexibility, the two living rooms are equipped with sofa beds for children and satellite TV.

Outside, the property transforms into a private oasis. Guests can enjoy a garden filled with fruit trees, a barbecue area, and a swing.
