Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum booking age is 25. Due to severe allergies, pets are strictly not allowed. We recommend travel insurance to protect your plans and encourage guests to review the digital house guide for directions and access details prior to arrival.
This description is for informational purposes. Please verify all details, including amenities, policies, fees, and availability, on the booking platform before booking.
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
No parties or events are permitted. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level throughout your stay, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Overnight occupancy must not exceed the home’s published maximum. Disruptive gatherings, excessive noise, and parking that interferes with neighboring properties are prohibited.
Please respect our home and its contents as we work hard to provide a nice environment for our guests to enjoy.
Our cleaning fee covers a standard turnover between guests. Please leave the home in a reasonably tidy condition. If your group leaves an excessive mess requiring cleaning beyond a standard turnover, we will document the condition and request reimbursement for the reasonable additional cleaning costs in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and applicable law. Ordinary use and routine checkout cleaning are covered by your cleaning fee.
Accidents happen, and we appreciate you letting us know promptly about any spills, breakages, or damage. Quick action often prevents a small mishap from becoming a bigger problem and helps us keep the home ready for everyone to enjoy. Please follow the stain care instructions provided and reach out if you need help.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by their group or pets beyond ordinary wear and tear. When reimbursement is needed, we will document the damage and reasonable repair or replacement costs and follow the booking platform’s policies and applicable law.
Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. unless we have confirmed a later departure in writing. Our housekeeping team needs the full turnover window to prepare for arriving guests, so everyone and all belongings must be off the property by checkout time. Remaining past checkout does not extend your reservation or authorize an additional day. If an unauthorized overstay causes additional costs, we will document them and pursue reimbursement through the booking platform where permitted.
STRICT NO SMOKING OR VAPING indoors, including tobacco and cannabis. This applies to all guests and visitors, without exception. Outdoor smoke must not enter the home or disturb neighbors. Fully extinguish and safely dispose of smoking materials. Never leave cigarette butts in flower pots, the yard, or on beaches. Violations may result in cancellation through the booking platform. Documented smoke cleanup and damage costs will be pursued under platform policies and applicable law.
We know unexpected things can interrupt even the best vacation plans, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our cancellation policy applies if your plans change. Coverage varies by policy, so please review the terms carefully to choose protection that meets your needs.
The bunk beds are clearly listed and described for children. We do not allow adults to sleep in the childrens beds. Responsible party named on reservation will be held liable for any and all damages caused by negligence/failure to comply with rules regarding children only allowed in bunk beds.
Please help us be good neighbors by keeping noise at a considerate level throughout your stay. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., in accordance with local Noise Ordinance 120-1:
“The fact that the noise is plainly audible at a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet from the building, dwelling, structure, premises, shelter, boat or vehicle from which it originates or when the noise occurs between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., shall constitute prima facie evidence of a violation of this bylaw.” The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Due to Airbnb’s new checkout policy, we want to make our expectations clear. Our housekeeping team works tremendously hard within a very short window to prepare each home for arriving guests. Reliable help is especially difficult to find here on the Cape, and we ask that you treat these hardworking people with consideration. If you’re able to start the dishwasher before heading out, our housekeeping team would greatly appreciate it. Cycles can take several hours, so an earlier start helps us prepare for arriving guests. There is no need to wait for it to finish or put anything away. Due to Airbnb’s new checkout policy, we cannot require guests to wash and put away dishes before leaving. We disagree with that ridiculous change. It should not be mistaken for permission to let food waste and disgusting dirty dishes accumulate throughout your stay or leave an excessive mess behind at checkout. That creates odors, attracts pests, and places an unfair burden on the people caring for this home. Due to Airbnb’s new checkout policy, we want to be clear: a cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. It does not excuse leaving an avoidable mess for someone else. Please use the kitchen considerately, dispose of food scraps properly, and leave it reasonably tidy. As stated in our cleaning policy, excessive mess requiring additional cleaning will be documented, and we will request reimbursement for reasonable additional costs under the booking platform’s policies and applicable law.
Leave used beds unmade. Replace any furniture that was rearranged.
