No pets of any kind are allowed during your stay.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the apartment and building. If detected, a fine of $2,000 will be charged.

No parties or events of any kind.

Do not throw paper or other materials into the toilet (always use the wastebasket).

Collect and dispose of garbage at the designated locations.

It is forbidden to hang any type of clothing or garment in the windows or balconies.

Respect the Law of Silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Keep in mind:

Always save water by opening taps and showers only as needed.

Do not leave windows open or the air-conditioning on when you are not on site, and check that it is turned off before leaving.

Turn off all lights and electronic devices when leaving.

Observe the voltage of the appliances carefully before plugging them in. The red sockets are 220V and if used with 110V appliances they will be damaged and the repair will be charged to the guest.
