- $100 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor's complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises
Reservation should be made by the guest 21 years old and above and/or should accompany by at least 1 adult. Reservations made by minors or 20 years old and below will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be processed.
Only the person that made the reservation is allowed to check-in. You must have a valid working phone number before you book. If we try to contact you before check-in and can’t reach you, we're allowed to cancel the reservation without granting any refund.
Israeli citizens will be charged an extra 18% TAX fees as law. Please save your custom border entry ticket.
To be eligible for the VAT Refund, kindly provide us a copy of your passport and visa or b2 entry ticket and the name on the documents should be under the name of the primary guest.
Please note that VAT refunds can only be requested during your stay or within 30 days afterward. Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.
No moving furniture around.
If your apartment has a balcony, grilling is not allowed at the balcony.
Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
If any portion of the House Rules is violated, it's ground for immediate termination of the reservation without any refund.
If you have a complain about the property or any members of the team including the host, and you reach out to us and to Airbnb about it, you're authorizing us to get into the property to solve the issue and there’s no need for an authorization to enter the property if there's something you think we need to fix.
