Horizon Vacation Homes provides starter supplies including dishwasher tablets, trash bags, sponge, paper towels, bathroom soap, and toilet paper. Additional supplies needed during your stay are guest responsibility.

We will send you our registration form (rental contract) shortly after your reservation is confirmed by email (you will need to send us your email address). We need you to sign it digitally and to send us a picture of your ID (and a selfie or yourself holding your ID) so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with our check-in instructions. At least one guest staying in the rental will need to be above 21 and provide a valid ID prior to check-in. Kids are more than welcome in our properties, as soon as they stay with a guest who is at least 21 years old. We won't be able to give you access to the property if we don't get all the paperwork completely returned to us prior to your arrival (at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or by 4:00 PM on your check-in day if you booked the same day of your arrival). There will be no refund or compensation in case you would not comply with this requirement. During your stay, you are aware that we may need to send a handyman, or anyone to fix any issues reported during our inspection or during your stay. As per legal rules, we also need to send a licensed pest control company to the property quarterly. As this is a vendor, we will not be able to provide you with an advanced notice. The pest control company will perform their duties without prior notice. If you property has a pool, you also are aware that there will be a pool guy servicing the pool weekly. He or she will enter the pool area without prior notice.
