Cancellation Policy: Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer a full refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation. In such cases, a reschedule to another date within 5 months of the original reservation may be offered. Please note that a full refund is defined as 96.5% of the amount, as a 3.5% processing fee applies. For summer visits, travel insurance is strongly recommended due to the potential for wildfire smoke affecting air quality.
