No unauthorized guests or visitors without prior written approval by the host. Maximum of 10 guests can occupy the property at any time! No exceptions.
Please make sure that there are no unauthorized guests without prior approval. Otherwise, there will be an extra charge of $35 per guest per night requested during or after your stay.

Community quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 9:00AM
No Street Parking anywhere within the community. Your vehicle will be towed if parked on the street!!! Maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
If traveling with pets, please make sure to cover furniture with blankets and no pets in bed allowed. Please keep pets on leashes at all times when outside. Also, please clean up front and backyard after your pet. No pets in the pool. Otherwise, there will an extra charge of $250.
One pet fee is $50/night. Maximum of two (2) pets per reservation.
Please clean BBQ grill after each use.
Guests use bicycles, bunk beds and swimming pool at their own risk. No diving is allowed!
Each guest is required to sign Swimming Pool Waiver liability form.
Violation of any of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. Violations of some house rules may result in additional charges, fees and penalties.
