• Security: Please do not give rides at the condominium entrance or exit. • Do not flush paper, tampons or any objects down the toilet. • Washing the balcony by pouring water on it is not allowed, nor is allowing urine or any waste to run down to the floors below, in accordance with the condominium rules. • Parking spaces and common areas: According to the condominium's rules, the parking spaces and common areas are for the exclusive use of residents. • Pets: Allowed. However, it is important to note that there are no protective screens on the windows or on the balcony railing.

For checkout, we only ask you to take a few simple precautions: • Close the windows • Turn off the taps • Leave the trash bagged in tightly closed bags About trash: Please leave the garbage in the apartment. Our team will collect it and dispose of it in the proper place.
