For your planning purposes, check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Regarding cancellations, a 100% refund of total booking charges (minus a $150 taxable cancellation fee) is available if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
