HOUSE RULES: -Check in is 4pm -Check out is 11am -No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted -There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals -Daily housekeeping is not provided -Park in designated areas only -Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
- We do allow dogs up to 60 lbs | Max. of 2 allowed | Pet fee will apply $45.00 per pet/ per night. This fee covers standard cleaning up after your pet(s). If your pet(s) causes any damage to the room or its furnishings, you will be charged the cost of the damages incurred. The fee for bringing an undisclosed pet is $200. No exceptions.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.
