🕒 Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is not available. Luggage assistance can be arranged if requested one day in advance, and only after the previous guest has checked out.
• Check-out by 11:00 AM sharp – late check-out is not permitted Late check-out fine: AED 500 per hour
Streaming Services: Guests must sign out of all streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Google, or any others) on any devices in the apartment. The property is not responsible for any misuse of accounts if guests have not signed out.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for all personal items. Any belongings left behind after check-out will not be the responsibility of the management.
🛂 Guest Identification: • All guests must provide passport copies prior to check-in, as required by UAE law and building management
• Guests must carry physical passports/IDs at check-in.
🚭 No Smoking: • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the doors closed. • AED 2,000 fine + deep cleaning fees may apply
🧼 Cleaning During Stay: • Daily cleaning and extra linens/towels are not included • Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee (request in advance, at least 1 day prior)
🔑 Keys & Parking Card: • Lost key or access card = AED 250 per item
Parties & Events: • Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited • Violation: AED 2,000 fine
Visitors: • Only registered guests may stay overnight • Any additional visiting guest must be approved by the host, submit their IDs, and register at the building reception • Host reserves the right to decline unregistered guests
Amenities & Children: • Children under 18 are not allowed in the pool, gym, or other shared amenities unless supervised.
Damages: • Any damages found after check-out will be assessed and charged, covering both the apartment and building areas.
