Please be aware that rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests beyond two will incur a charge of $35 per person per night.

Guests must adhere to the City Ordinance regarding quiet time, which is strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Violations of quiet time will result in fines: $250 for the first offense and $500 for the second. If police are called, a $500 fine will be applied regardless of whether a citation is issued, and guests are responsible for any additional official fees.
