The fourth bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for those working remotely. To accommodate larger groups, the bright and inviting living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, bringing the total bed count to 5 and allowing the home to comfortably sleep 10 guests.

It is forbidden to party in our apartment. It is forbidden to make noise after midnight. That is, no music, no singing, no hillarant gas. A supplement between 100 EUR and 250 EUR if the noise does not stop after a warning to see the cancellation of the reservation without refund may take place if the noise does not stop after two warnings

If the apartment is left particularly dirty, beyond the reasonable normal condition, there is a supplement of €150 to cover the additional cleaning costs - including the dirty walls, uncleaned pots, stains on the floor, cigarette smell. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, a €250 fine may be applied if you smoke in the studio

We allow a maximum of 8 people. There is an extra €250per day booked per person above 8.

Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. From 11:30 am, you will be charged €15 per 30-minute period started unless we agree.

If you book less than 7 days in advance or stay one night only, we will ask you to accept a request of €500 in the Airbnb resolution center that we will return on the day of departure before 7pm. We will not provide the check-in information until the request has been accepted. This resolution will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation prior to check-in. If your stay is for one night only, this request may be asked if you booked less than four weeks in advance.

No illegal commercial activity (drugs, prostitution). In case of illegal commercial activity, the reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, and you contact us or Airbnb about it, you authorize us to enter the property to resolve the issue, or to repair or clean it to the standards you want.
