About Property

Welcome to OsterHaus, a charming, sleek bungalow nestled on a quiet street under large shade trees in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas — just minutes from historic downtown.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and delivers a luxurious vacation experience without sacrificing the comforts of home. Inside, a minimalistic color palette, modern furniture, and original architectural features come together beautifully. The living room is amply sized with plenty of seating for the whole family, and it flows seamlessly into the spacious full kitchen — complete with original scalloped trim old-Fredericksburg cabinetry and a farmhouse sink. Down the hall, two bedrooms each feature king beds for a restful night's sleep. The shared full bath includes a large vanity and walk-in shower. Also tucked into the bathroom is a washer and dryer exclusively for guest use — a thoughtful convenience for longer stays.

Outside, the large backyard is shaded by old-growth trees, offering natural privacy and a peaceful retreat.
