For added convenience, the space includes Alexa. The kitchenette is thoughtfully appointed with a Smeg mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee-maker with complimentary pods, along with tableware for dining in. The bathroom provides a refreshing experience with a walk-in shower and a single vanity, fully stocked with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a hair dryer, and an iron with a board.

House Rules & Restrictions:

• Hot Tub Policy: No bath bombs, oils, salts, or bubbles. Use of these products results in a $200+ cleaning fine.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. Violations may result in a $250 fine or immediate eviction without refund if police are dispatched.
• Children: The property is kid-friendly, but not childproof. Please supervise children near the fireplace and hot tub.
