Welcome to our wonderful San Antonio home, perfectly positioned for vacation getaways, business trips, and everything in between. This large two-story house accommodates up to 16 guests with convenient access to SeaWorld, Six Flags, Lackland AFB, major shopping centers, and downtown's famous Riverwalk just a short drive away.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features 4 beds with flexible sleeping arrangements. The Primary Suite boasts a king-size four-poster bed and ensuite bathroom with both a stand-up shower and relaxing garden tub. The second and third bedrooms each offer two queen beds with walk-in closets, while the fourth bedroom provides two full XL beds. For larger groups, the comfy game room includes a futon and sofa bed, plus an air mattress is available.

Key amenities include a fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen with KitchenAid all-in-one coffee maker and grinder, plus a blender for morning smoothies or evening margaritas. The home features both a modern, serene living room and a family room with television for movie nights. Additional conveniences include a full laundry room with detergent provided, dedicated workspace, air conditioning and heating, and all essentials from towels to hangers.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the patio equipped with BBQ grill and furniture for Texas-style cookouts. The backyard provides additional space, and guests enjoy seasonal access to the shared community pool with both adult and kids sections. Free parking includes a two-car garage with driveway and additional street parking.

Please note: Additional guest fees of $20 per person per night apply after 4 guests. Unauthorized overnight guests incur a $200 fee each. No pets allowed.
