The residence is a 45m2 flat located on the 4th floor (please note there is no lift). The layout is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds, and a living room that includes a 2-seater sofa bed to accommodate your guests. The home provides 1.5 bathrooms, including showers and a separate toilet.

Inside, the living space is fully air-conditioned and includes a dedicated dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped for your stay, featuring a hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a washing machine/dryer. For your entertainment and connectivity, the flat is equipped with a Smart TV and Wifi.

The neighborhood is a cultural treasure trove. You are perfectly positioned near the Grands Boulevards and within walking distance of the Museum of Arts and Crafts (450m), the Grévin Museum (900m), and the iconic Place de l'Opéra (1.5km). Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM via a secure key box. For arrivals after 7:00 PM, guests may choose between a paid in-person welcome for €30 or a free independent check-in via the key box. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. An optional baby bed is available for €60. Each stay includes a professional cleaning service with fresh sheets and towels provided for every guest.
