The sleeping arrangements include a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed in the spare room, and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room, complemented by double loft accommodations for four guests upstairs. The layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom.

• Requirements: A signed rental agreement and ID verification are required. A $500 security hold is placed as a pending transaction, or guests may opt for a non-refundable third-party damage waiver ($29.00 for up to 10 nights, plus $1.50 per day thereafter).
