This unique retreat is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a private main bedroom with a queen bed, while the upstairs loft serves as a bright and comfortable space containing two additional queen beds positioned side by side. The home is completed by one bathroom to serve your group.

Inside, the living area is designed for comfort with a plush sofa, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV for your entertainment. A full kitchen is located just steps away, fully ready for your culinary needs. The true standout of the property is the dual covered porches located on each end of the home. Adorned with string lights and furnished with tables and chairs, these porches offer stunning open views of the resort and the surrounding landscape, providing the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Tiny Treasure is nestled within a scenic environment surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful vineyards. Guests will enjoy close proximity to the diverse wineries, local dining, and the various attractions found in downtown Fredericksburg. While the resort roads are simple to navigate, driving is recommended to fully explore the local shops and vistas.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles on site; no overnight parking at the amenity center
• Compliance: Requires a signed rental agreement and ID verification
• Security: A $500 security hold is required (pending transaction). Alternatively, guests may purchase an optional non-refundable damage waiver for $29.00 (up to 10 nights, then $1.5 per day thereafter).
